The master bedroom is reached via the curved staircase from the lounge/diner and is the same size as the lounge/diner, with exposed beams and woodwork. We use one end of the room, under a velux window, as office space with room for a large desk, drawer stack and 2 cupboards. At the other end of the room are 2 doors giving access to a small walk-in wardrobe, and a further door accessing the bathroom/laundry room.

There are 2 small dormer style windows overlooking the mill pond.

The bathroom has not been modernised, but is fully tiled, with bath and shower over, basin and toilet. There is also room for the washing machine and tumble drier, and some storage space.
