The professionally installed kitchen is just over one year old with solid oak doors and dramatic granite worktops. A door, just left of the first photo leads to the balcony. There are 2 shuttered windows. All, of course, are new and double glazed. The breakfast bar easily seats 4, and will seat 6 at a push, although there is usually no need to bother as the balcony is just outside. Just to the right of this picture is a small walk-in larder with ample shelving, an interior light, and a door matching the units. The fridge/freezer can be seen on the left.

All appliances are built in. The fridge/freezer is Bosch/Seimens. The dishwasher, next to the fridge/freezer is Meile with a separate cutlery tray rather than a basket. The DeDeitrich fan assisted main oven has a spit roaster and is self cleaning. The 90cm ceramic hob, is above the main oven with a granite splashback. The small oven, also DeDeitrich, to the right in the photo is a combination oven/microwave. The walk-in pantry is just to the right of this photo.

Between the Lounge and Kitchen is a new toilet and handbasin.
